- Profile details: phone number, age, sex and postal address.

How we use it
- To create your account and generate your training programmes.
- To take payment, send order confirmations and email your programmes.
- To post printed programmes when you choose print-out delivery.
- To run the referral programme and apply discounts or credit.
- To respond to your questions and keep the site secure.
Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and meeting legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with trusted providers: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and an AI provider that helps generate programmes from your training answers (we do not send your name, email or address to it). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and programmes while your account is open. Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
